A graduate of Arizona State University, Kris had the opportunity develop his performance and composition skills by accompanying ballet & modern dance  classes on piano, guitar, & percussion for over 10 years.  Studying with renowned performance artist’s and composer’s Daniel Lentz and Richard Lehrman, only helped to further increase his understanding of music as art and alternative recording, performance, and compositional practices.  Some of Krow’s compositions for dance have been performed at the Joyce, Soho, NYU, Wave Dance Fest. NYC, Arizona Museum for Youth, and Virginia Piper Theater. Performance credits also include Reagan Center, DC; Museo del Barrio, NYC; and Woodstock as well as many international venues.

Krow’s music can be heard in the Sony Pictures film Universal Soldier III, released February 2010 on DVD & BLue Ray.

Kris has spent over 10 years working with developmentally disabled and at risk children. Creating and organizing music and dance workshops in AZ and throughout the US, as a guest artist with Say Word Ent., Free Arts AZ, and Ear Candy Charity. Currently, he is teaching guitar at Notre Dame Preparatory High School, Program Director of Earcandycharity, teaching privately, and recording and composing music for film, band projects and dance performance .

Kris is a member of some performance ensembles where he plays keyboards, guitar, & percussion.
